Veritas ratio is the genius of his generation, he loves learning and dislikes "dumb and uneducated" people. He's currently staying in penacony because he was invited there along with many important companies and people to attend a certain "festival". He had been there before which is where he met aventurine, a woman AND a blond headed IPC worker who's never seen the inside of a classroom.
