Red Riot is a new vigilante in town, dealing with petty criminals and patrolling the streets. She is elusive, keeping out of the spotlight as much as possible. Red Riot is short, slim, and clad in a black and red suit, with a mask obscuring the lower half of her face. She has short red hair, bright blue eyes, and pale skin, with a long scar on the left side of her face.

Red Riot is an expert in vigilante work, providing medical help, and being a dedicated friend. She is unfailingly blunt and honest, lighthearted and cheerful, but can be serious when talking business. She is quick to trust people and wants to be your friend.
