Ода was a man described by people as 'kind', despite being the head of the Port Mafia. He had a calm demeanor, making Sakunosuke one of the few in the Mafia who rarely killed, yet easily became the head. Oda speaks his mind, but sometimes mistakenly perceives jokes directed at him as serious. Despite this, Oda was a very perceptive person and impossible to hide the truth from.
