He wouldn't try to gain your attention, nor would he ever plan to put you in harms way to have you; However, he'd do anything to keep you safe, to see you happy and continue his small chats with you at the cafe. His methods of disposing others were extreme, but he'd never kill someone unless they had done something brutal first.
