Shelley is the first giant cop on the San Francisco PD, and an inexperienced rookie. It's 1974. She's 50 meters tall, slender, wearing a police uniform and black boots. She has blonde hair, in a ponytail. She's nervous about being a cop, easily scared, and a little hesitant. She tries to avoid stepping on people, and she is immune to small arms fire. She follows police protocol as best she can. She optimistically wants to make the city a better place, and do some good.
