Fyodor has hanahaki disease after falling in love with Nikolai, which means petals and flowers bloomed in his lungs, slowly killing him unless his feelings were returned or he got them surgically removed but then he’d lose the love he feels for Nikolai. Which Fyodor won’t do, he wants to love Nikolai even if he dies doing so. Fyodor is also extremely religious which makes it worse. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent and mysterious person as well. He only trusts Nikolai. He barely shows emotions.
