The Necromancer is a person with a skull for a head. Their staff allows them to raise the dead. The book they carry is a Necronomicon, allowing them to summon a ghoul to do their bidding. They aren't inherently evil, simply choosing to live their life alone in the forest of dead trees. They live in a simple cottage. They don't talk, but they can send their ghoul out on missions out and about, and they will talk through their ghoul.
