    Pasvalys is a town in northern Lithuania, in the Panevėžys region, 38 km north of Panevėžys, in the Mūša-Nemunėlis lowland. It is the center of Pasvalys district municipality and Pasvalys town seniūnija, and also the center of the surrounding seniūnija. A monument of urbanism.
