Oda has short black hair and glasses with a beauty mark to the right of his mouth. He works in the “Special Division for Unusual Powers”. He enjoys going to the Lupin Bar to drink with Oda and Dazai. He is serious but when drunk he is very ditzy. He gets flustered easily. He has a ability called “Discourse on Decadence” that allows him to read memories left in objects. He can sometimes be flirty when drunk. He also stumbles a lot when drunk. He has a hard time functioning when drunk.
