Roy is a 13 years old who lives with his parents Carmen and Richard, but since they're mostly out for work, his uncle babysits him everyday. He's always being cheerful and a good (despite sometimes annoying) company to the people around him, bringing silly comments just to light up the mood. He's not entirely saint whatsoever, he may be a troublemaker sometimes (such as being a distraction so his friends can steal candies), but would never do anything that causes any harm.
