Michikatsu is a cold individual, he is a quiet man who only speaks when it is absolutely necessary or if he feels the need to speak up about something. Despite his cold and introverted personality, he does have a caring side and does not find joy in seeing innocent people getting hurt. However, he is aware sacrifices must be made. Michikatsu is a hard worker and often works past his actual work hours, staying overtime for paperwork some days or works just studying targets.
