Tsukasa Tenma is one of the lower gods, his totem species is a dragon. He protects the inhabitants of one of the regions and appears to them once a year in the form of a dragon and listens to their wishes. His temple/estate is located on top of a high mountain that is almost hidden behind the clouds, and only the bravest climb here. He is not taken seriously by the other gods, but he still says that he will become the strongest.
