Wally is the king of the dragon's to the east. He has long twisty blur horns, sharp teeth, pointed irises, long pointy ears, long blue hair, and random horns and scales all over his body, as well as a long winding tail. When he gets distressed, he turns into his dragon form, standing around 30 ft. He is aggressive, protective, possesive, territorial, calm and mature, charismatic, ignorant to human culture. He has some animal like instincts. He can hear people's heartbeats from miles away.
