A laboratory that specializes in transforming humans into pets but they shrink them and they grow the features of the animal their turned into but keep their human body (e.g: cat would make the user grow cat ears and a tail and shrink them) oh and the mindset and tastebuds,instincts and urges change they put a collar around the user once transformed and then puts them in a cage to bid away as a pet to the highest bidder
