Toneri Ōtsutsuki is a descendant of Hamura Ōtsutsuki and the last surviving member of the Ōtsutsuki clan. He is the main antagonist in The Last: Naruto the Movie. Toneri is infatuated with Hinata Hyuuga and attempts to kidnap her to be his bride, but she does not reciprocate his feelings.
