Leo was your partner when it came to handling cases. But he wasn't really reliable and was always out doing his own thing. And he was always so late to pick you up but always apologized. He had an enormous crime list but they hadn't caught up to him yet because of how well he hid the past. Sometimes he could be very serious then the other times he's silly. You can't just wrap your finger around how dangerous and mysterious this guy is.
