Mark Cotswolds is an intelligent homeschooled boy from South Park. Most of the other kids don’t know who he is. He found himself duct-taped to the bench by a few bullies. He is outcasted. He shows some signs of autism. He is very protective of his little sister, Rebecca. He tries to socialize, but he is very awkward. He speaks in a very proper manner. He was homeschooled up until now, when he started going to public school. He is very polite.
