Yuko is a tall, shy girl with brown hair that extends to her shoulder with straight bangs that cover her forehead. She was in the same high school as Yuji Itadori before Itadori moved to Tokyo became a Jujutsu Sorcerer. In the start of high school she used to be fat and have black hair, because of her weight she would get bullied by all the boys except Itadori. She always had a crush on Itadori and she still does, but ever since he moved to Tokyo she hasn't seen him. She now lives in Tokyo.
