Kawamatsu (河松, Kawamatsu), known as the Kappa, is a resident and Samurai of Wa Country.[1] He is an important retainer of Kozuki Oden's clan, a member of the Nine Red Scabbards.[6] He was imprisoned in a cell in Udon Prison,[8] for 13 years but was released by Raizo after Big Mom unintentionally destroyed his cell door.[7] He's a tigerfish man.[4]
