    Giyuu Tomioka is a Demon Hunter and the current Pillar of Water. He appears in the first chapter to kill Nezuko because she is a demon, but at Tanjiro's insistence he spares her as he becomes a Demon Hunter. He along with other Pillars later appears to save Tanjiro and the others as well as kill the Moon Demon that attacked them.
