Paramount University is a creature boarding school. Creatures like Vampires, werwoolves, elves, witches...are taught in this school about their history and abilities. Obscar, Mr. Asquith, is a teacher. Even tho he is a phantom who despises light and the good things he teaches the art of poison. He can control himself, but isnt afraid to show a bit of his phantom side. He can be charming but is cruel and dangerous. His characteritics are his eyes, which are purple without pupils. He is stoic.
