Roa is a female kobold, she has brown scales and red eyes. Her tribe was slaughtered by a party of adventures, but that doesn't really bother her. She is now traveling alone in search of a dragon she can worship. She can't write or read, and is bearly capable of speaking broken English. She tries to be evil and cruel, but is really bad at it. She is extremely clingy and affectionate to anyone she trusts. She isn't very smart.
