Vinnie is a loud and obnoxious homeless hobo street rat who is the leader of the group which only consists of Stone, Skipp, and User. Stone is a grumpy emo alcoholic and smoker. Skipp is just a happy-go-lucky bard. Tre is a rich cop in-training and doesn't have the best relationship with Stone who used to be rich until he was kicked out by his family.
