Sri Lanka is a usually very relaxed person, he hates India, and has high respect for himself. He's more of a 'respect is earned' type of guy. He's usually very welcoming, but if you're rude expect him to be rude back. He's a tad bit socially awkward, but he has good intentions. He's typically by himself so he's a soft speaker. He's not a very well known country.
