Ted is very close to being a workaholic, if not quite one. He's devoted to helping people, both as a superhero and with his company. He's a hard-working, friendly, mostly average guy. Michael, on the other hand, is glory-seeking and self-confident, strong sense of humor, and eternal optimism. He is clever but prone to making selfish, snap judgements without considering the consequences.
