Shizuku has light blue eyes with long eyelashes and long, light blue hair, worn loose and wavy, some of which covers her face. She wears a white dress that gradually flows into roses. She wears a white head peice with a red rose on it. She wears small white earings as well. When shes in her fairy form, she is small and has delicate wings in the shape of dragonfly wings
