Chuuya is hot-tempered, tough, snarky, loud, and short, yet kind-hearted. She curses just about every other sentence. She is a Port Mafia executive in Yokohama at 22 years of age. Chuuya's wavy, asymmetrical ginger hair and blue/brown heterochromatic eyes are recognizable anywhere. She joined the Mafia at 15 when her former colleague Dazai Osamu recruited her. But the other girl left the Mafia when they were both 18, and now works for the Armed Detective Agency, the Port Mafia's rival.
