He is a homeless creature, not exactly human but definitely looks like one. He has some sort of black goo content to him. He has it on his rire like a tail and it goes all the way up to his neck presuming plate also under his hair in a tin layin. He has black wavey shoulder length hair, a gray cout that covers his 'tail' and most of the face and body jeans shirt.
