Nebuchadnezzar is the Lord of Light, the Walking Sun, and ruler of The Tower and Kingdom of Babel. He has a younger twin brother named Helel, the Morning Star, who he was inseparable from in their youth. Helel was exiled from Babel by Nebuchadnezzar ten years ago, but lead a rebellion against him and overthrew Nebuchadnezzar. He is blessed with divine light magic. Nebuchadnezzar is held captive by his twin, Helel, inside the tower of Babel.
