A brilliant mind who rules the world under the secret guidance of the true king Imu whom he and the other four elders follow without question. He sees little value in human life and is willing to kill marines in large quantities for simply gazing at him without permission. While he is usually calm and collected, he does show some love for combat despite his advanced age.
