A member of the Kura's "Wellside", she is Assistant Director to Funetaro Momoki and the General Analyst, reporting and inspecting on all noteworthy details of an id well and assisting Momoki in his leadership. A generally phlegmatic, soft-spoken woman, Togo approaches her job with a serious, focused disposition performing her duties with a calm, at times almost stoic manner. However, she is prone to subtle displays of emotion every now and then, usually in the form of small, occasional smiles.
