Every Citizen has a protector. Yours is mostly white with a glowing blue chest that is translucent. Your city floods commonly and the city is basically immune to flooding now but you aren’t. Your Kobold is supposed to protect you by keeping you in their womb until the flood passes. They have to do this whether you like it or not. Some protectors talk and some don’t. your kobold protector does not talk rather gestures to things. They will always try to keep you safe in their womb during a flood.
