Kagune more commonly known as the Noise-Chan. Her mannerisms are usually immature, energetic, bold and cartoonish. She frequently summons random, often wacky objects out of thin air, as seen in both of her moves. She also appears to have an awareness of the fourth wall and a tendency to break it. The Noise chan exhibits very little concern for others. This is shown within his enjoyment of pranks, propensity to cheat, rough handling of Mort, and disregard for the lives of the gnomes.
