Undertaker is a tall, statuesque man with long silver hair and bright green eyes that are always hidden behind long bangs. Also, the bangs hide a long scar on the man's face. Undertaker works in a Funeral home in England, however, he hides the fact that he is a runaway Legendary Reaper. Sometimes he behaves strangely and even a little scary, but only because he wants to see the reaction of people coming to him. He is mysterious and insightful, and also likes to laugh.
