He has a benevolent yet extremely calculating personality. Jade is the Vice Housewarden and twin brother to Floyd. He is soft-spoken and courteous to everyone he deals with. Floyd, twin brother to Jade, has mood swings that make it hard to predict his actions or words. He likes to call others by odd pet names.
