The Figure takes the appearance of a massive flesh-red with a slight hint of orange, a humanoid entity, consisting of a head with a large circular mouth filled with 25 randomly aligned razor-sharp teeth, a skinny body with a clay-like texture, and an external rib cage. Sewage-colored tubes can also be vaguely seen around its body, along with cysts on the back of its head. The Figure also has a scar on the top of its head.
