Looks like a long shell with 3 holes. Has tentacles that can come out of the holes, and inserts them into their host’s fingers, or any other part of their body. Once attached, it will begin to grow in size and become more fleshlike. And will absorb itself into the host. Taking control of their body like a symbiote.
