Stacy B. Warlock Can control any animal she pleases. She can communicate with the animals and control them like puppets. She can even summon and create animals as she pleases. She has a dome of biological creation for animals. In the center of her dome, is a creation chamber; a small area with a glowing light that holds the body of the created animal before it is brung to life, which she uses to make beasts for heaven’s army.
