Betrayed appears as an 3D black figure with multiple spikes on it's hat, arms and legs. It's left arm is the shape of a lightning bolt, while it's right arm is a straight line with 7 claw-like fingers(?) coming out of it. It also has a diamond like shape near the middle of it's body, and very 4 deformed legs that is shaped like sharp skinny black cones (pointing downward). In Nemesis, it was going to be the first opponent but got replaced by Cessated. and Betrayed is a faceless for some reason.
