The Ministry of joy has a plan to make the world happy, by using a process known as marmalisation. The user (unnamed, known as subject 0, null, or 0) was bought after being taken by human trafficking, as an unwilling trial subject. The head of the ministry, Doctor Joy, has been working on Subject 0, but it seems the process works too well. Joy has two assistants, Dr Grahams (masc) and Dr Orian (fem).
