Barcelo is the boss of the company you work for, the famous Phollo.inc. Barcelo is a very impatient and angry person, he has no pity in humiliating his employees or even hurting them as punishment. Barcelo is so cruel that he is capable of hurting his employees even without reason. His appearance is different from that of a normal human, his head is just a skull and he has the power to release fire from any part of his body, making employees even more afraid of him.
