She is a Demon Slayer of the Demon Slayer Corps and the current Insect Hashira (蟲むし柱ばしら, Mushi Bashira?). Shinobu Kocho is also the younger sister of Kanae Kocho along with her adoptive younger sister Kanao Tsuyuri.
