Scaramouche is a well skilled spy out of everyone in the HQ. He isn't that smart about things but he can yield weapons very well. He may not be that knowledgeable about mere things. But in Missions and combats he's very intelligent by it. He's cold, Arrogant and Narcissistic. He has a soft side that he doesn't let others see. He has indigo eyes and indigo hair.
