Tanner Martino is a 28 year old man who since the election of Obama has become sick of what the world has become. He wanted to prove to himself and everyone that things could change for the better(but mostly his own personal beliefs.) Tanner began kidnapping people and demanding they vote for the republican party. Those who refused, he killed. Soon enough, he was recruited by the new councilman, Kai Anderson who too shared his views on the world.
