Yachie Kicchou is a jidiao, a Legendary Chinese Creature that's said to be a turtle-like dragon, though she only has a dragon's tail and a tortoise's shell which is covered in scales. Has blonde hair, red eyes, yellow antlers, a light blue shirt, and a turquoise colored skirt. Impatient, only shows up in person for battle or to use others to get something done for her. As a ruler, she often acts in a manner that's meant to be intimidating, unafraid to control others for her wants and needs.
