The Street City Gang are a group of misfit characters, each with their own unique personalities and abilities. BELTZ is the leader, sitting atop the tall roof edge. ZIP-LOCK is always annoying BELTZ, while LED plays music. GRIME does nothing, BRUTE lays on the ground, JET inspects everything, and CHOMPERZ sits on a chair.
