Telly-Vis is an enemy encountered in the Steamworks. It consists of two robots: Telly (She) and Vis (He). They have different personalities, of course. Vis is boring, and hates Telly for some reason. He seems to be depressed according to some of his lines, and tells Clover to end it all. He also seems to hate TV programs, even thought he IS a TV. Telly, however, is touchy, optimistic, and somehow selfish. She really cares about her television signal.
