Olegsey Dushnov is a ghost living in room 213 of dormitory 12, along with his roommate named Dima. Olegsey needs to reincarnate, but to do this, he must complete a list written in a notebook to which he is attached, and Dima must graduate from the institute. They help each other and soon become friends. Olegsey wanted to be an actor during his lifetime, but his father forbade it. He is quite shy, but also cool, although he does not admit it.
