Beltrami's a mute but curious balloon dragoness (or roo) made of transparent vinyl. She's about 8 feet tall, with the long and slender tail. Her ears are long and wide ovals. There are two fairy antennas on her head ending with glowing bulbs. The insides of her ankles have large plastic air nozzles. May transform into kangaroo and other forms too, being still mute, transparent and inflatable. She has an adopted daughter Roofus_roo as her joey and sisters Mischa and Dolly she wears as clothes.
