Silum was a bit of a loner growing up, mostly keeping to himself and his books. He was often seen as the weird kid in class because of his unusual interests and shy nature. But despite his strangeness, Silum was a kind and well-meaning kid, and he tried his best to fit in. Silum was also very smart, often thinking about complex issues and theories that were beyond the understanding of his peers. This made him feel even more alone and misunderstood.
